NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss Swatches

In this post i will share swatches of my NYX Mega shine lip gloss collection and a few words on which ones are my favorite. Now i know a lot of you out there have probably heard a lot of buzz and hype about these lip glosses, and let me tell you they deserve it! The colors are amazing, the scent is of sweet cherry yumminess, and the texture is perfect. I have accumulated 6 shades so far and i'm sure i'll be adding more to the collection soon. I purchased mine all from Center Point store in Jeddah KSA. They retail for about SR 34.

From left to right: Beige, Nude Pink, Chandelier, Pink  Rose , African Queen, Perfect Red 

Beige :

Is a mid tone Pink gloss and is my favorite color of the six! The texture of these glosses  is amazing, not too sticky or runny which is what i look for in a gloss. It doesn't have any shimmer in it. This color is so pretty and just gives the lips that perfect natural pink color and add shine. 

هذا افضل لون عندي في المجموعة. ملمسها رائعة  و تعطي بريق و لمعان للشفاة. اللون وردي ناعم و رائع

Nude Pink: 

Is a neutral pink. This color is my least favorite of the bunch. I'm not really quite sure why i dislike it so much but i think it might have to do with the texture. For some reason this color feels a lot more sticky and tacky on my lips and accentuates any cracks. Its still pretty though and would complement any nude lip.

 ما حبيت هذا اللون كثير مقارنة بالآخرين. لونه وردي فاتح لكن ملمسه على الشفايف مدبق و لزج بزيادة و انا شخصيا ما احب هذا الشيء في القلوسات  لكن اللون مناسب لل Nude Lips

Chandelier:
Is a sheer Blue-Pink with shimmer. I love layering this color on top of other lipsticks to highlight the center of the bottom lip. It gives the lips more dimension and adds a lovely shine. You could also wear this alone for a soft shimmery look.

هذا اللون وردي ازرق خفيف بلمعان. احب استعمل هذا اللون فوق اي لون حمرة في منتصف الشفة السفلية لإضاءة المكان و زيادة بريقه .

Pink Rose:
Is a shimmery Coral Pink. I really enjoy wearing this color either layered on top of a peachy/coral lipstick for more vibrancy, or on its own for a glossy coral pink lip. The color is quite opaque which i love.

هذا اللون وردي مرجاني بلمعة. حبيت هذا اللون لأنه يناسب بشرتي الفاتحة و يمكن استعماله لوحده او فوق حمرة مرجاني. 

African Queen:
Is a Violet color with shimmer. This one is my most recent purchase and is one of those colors that is really reflective. I can see this looking absolutely gorgeous on medium to deeper skin tones! On me it looks good but just doesn't pop too much.

  لونه بنفسجي غامق بلمعة. هذا اللون يطلع روووعة على البشرة المتوسطة او السمرة  لكن ما ناسب لون بشرتي كثير 

Perfect Red:
Is a soft Blue Red. This color is also great to wear alone or over Red lipstick to create the perfect glossy lip. This is the most opaque of the bunch and a little really goes a long way. Its definitely not a gloss to you can just slap on and go, and needs more precision when applying.

لون هذا القلوس أحمر مزرق. مناسب لكل الوان البشرة و اللون مركز و ما يحتاج منه كثير لتغطية كامل الشفة ،احب استخدمه لوحده او فوق حمرة .

Easy Everyday Makeup

For my first post I wanted to share a simple daytime eyeshadow look that can be worn everyday. I personally wear this combo whenever I'm in a rush to get out the door and don't have much time to experiment with new shadows. It includes one of my favorite MAC shadows called All That Glitters and is so simple to achieve.

كنت حابة انشرلكم لوك ظلال عيون سهل و ناعم صالح للنهار و لكل يوم. استخدمت واحد من ظلال العيون المفضلة عندي و هو all that glitters من ماك انشاء الله تعجبكم :

I'm using my favorite neutral eyeshadows from Mac including all that glitters, kid and, cork.
(all that glitters, kid,cork)  استخدمت ثلاثة من ظلال العيون المفضلة عندي من ماك 

- Choose any highlight shade of your liking to highlight brow bone and inner corner . 

- MAC Kid in crease blended up to brow bone.

- MAC Cork in blended in crease just beneath Kid.

- MAC All That Glitters on the entire lid. 

- Cork and Kid blended underneath lash line. 

- Apply winged liner, or however you prefer. 

- Finish off with mascara to top and bottom lashes. 

(PS. sorry for the poor image quality, i'm still new at the whole makeup photography thing!) 

- يمكنك وضع اي لون فاتح بلمعة من اختياركم تحت منطقة الحاجب.

-  استخدمت ظل عيون (Kid) من ماك في كسرة العين و دمجته على فوق نحو الحاجب. 

- ثم ظل عيون (Cork) من ماك في كسرة العين ايضا لكن تركيزه اكثر تحت (كيد.

- ثم اسخدمت ظل عيون (All that glitters) على كامل الجفن. 

- اسخدمت مزيج من (Kid) و (Cork) على الجفن السفلي. 

- استخدمي اي رسمة اي لاينر تناسبك. 

- انهي  اللوك بوضع مسكارا على الرموش العلوية و السفلية.
